It all began in 2018—a six-year transformation in the realm of supply chain and commerce.
2018-19: A website launch
Assisted 20+ D2C small businesses (fashion goods) to expand digitally into seven states by optimizing logistics, driving $15K in revenue within 6 months.
2019-21: My first UX job
Implemented digital solutions in the construction material sales process, bypassing middlemen and enhancing operational efficiency by 30%.
2021-22: Scaling MVP to Series-A with Design
Pioneered innovative methods for selling financial products, reducing travel time, costs, effort, and rejection rates from banks.
2022-24: Futuristic Solutions in Recycling (NDA)
Leveraging AI/ML and AR to boost reuse and recycling, enabling packaging and distribution companies to ensure safety and drive the circular economy.

Problem: Typical journey of a remote user applying for a bank account/Credit card in INDIA
Jack wants to get a credit card
Jack didn't find any banks at his location.
Jack takes a bus to travel to the nearest city
Jack visits the physical branch & completes process
Bank denies the application.
Several banks and government initiatives have introduced banking units in remote locations, authorized to operate in partnership with financial institutions, to enhance accessibility to banking services.
But, still there are pain points like...
- Expanding to each and every location.

- Helping every individual to get access to loans, credit cards, bank accounts etc,.
Solution: We created a platform onboarding all banks, neo-banks to serve consumers directly through a portal

It's a hassle for a user to try multiple banking applications for his customer
Users are fed up with the process and loosing trust on the platform.
My approach to the problem and how I contributed to solving this issue...
Joined a beta user's interaction call as an attendee, engaging with their customers to better understand their pain points.
Came across an insightful individual who provided extensive information on the core issues and the underlying reasons behind them.
Analyzed user behavior for the specific flow and identified the drop-off rate using various analysis tools.
Conducted stakeholder interviews to gather their expectations on the user experience for the specific flow.
Conducted User testing with Beta users
Collaborated with product & engineer team for potential opportunities and tech feasibility
Collaborated with Engineers for rigorous functionality testing to go live 🚀
Translated API requirement and user flows into wireframes.
Developed an innovative solution where users enter their details (e.g., name, SSN, income) to view all eligible credit cards within a minute.
Users can add customer details to generate referral links for products.
And it displays which products they are eligible for, where users can earn for each referral
After completing the application process, the card is delivered directly to the user's doorstep.
